2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because of screen settings and the natural character of human hair, colour and texture may vary slightly. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. In that case, any payment made will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely at checkout using the methods displayed there. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping
Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Hygiene Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

You agree not to misuse this website or copy its content, images or branding without our written permission.
